Four competitions run across the season, each with its own format and its own way of using your two teams.
Overall League
Every manager's two teams combined, running from gameweek 1 to the season's final points day. No gameweek is scored during an England international break. Can be won outright or shared.
Chumps League
11-week single round robin among the twelve Team 1 entries — every team plays every other exactly once, no byes. Win = 3pts, draw = 1pt, loss = 0pts. Seeds the Nations League.
Nations League
Begins immediately after the Chumps League ends and runs 12 weeks. Team 1 only, seeded into three groups of four by Chumps League finishing position (Group A = 1–4, Group B = 5–8, Group C = 9–12). One team moves each way between every adjacent pair, every week. Finish top of Group A in the final week to win it.
Last Man Standing
Begins immediately after the Nations League ends. Both teams count — 24 entrants. The bottom two by weekly score are eliminated every week until two remain; the higher score in that final head-to-head takes it.
